The ability to walk, run and jump represents a large part of your pet’s unique ability to express emotion. Unfortunately, aching and stiff joints are just as much a part of aging for pets as it is for humans. In fact, tens of million of dogs and cats experience problems with their hips and joints – more than half of the entire companion animal population!
At present, there are several hip and joint formulas on the market for companion animals. Unfortunately, most of these products treat the joint as an isolated goal; it is for this reason that they do not work as well as they could. Our Agility supplement is a holistic formula, which means that it takes into account the needs of the whole body, including all the parts that work with the joints. This formula helps maintain healthy joint cartilage and connective tissue, and aids in the production of healthy synovial fluid, which lubricates the joints. This supplement features glucosamine and MSM, and is a natural, holistic, multi-action joint support formula containing scientifically-tested ingredients.
Glucosamine helps maintain and promote joint and connective tissue health. It has been shown to be essential in the healthy development and ongoing maintenance of connective tissue and synovial fluid. Research studies indicate that glucosamine supports healthy joint flexibility, mobility and lubrication. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural source of organic sulfur, an element vital to the maintenance of healthy joints, bones, ligaments and tendons.
These ingredients work synergistically with the many herbal ingredients well-known for their beneficial health properties. Alfalfa and yucca are antioxidant-rich herbs that offer a strong defense against free-radicals, helping to maintain joint comfort and flexibility. The alfalfa not only works to help scavenge free radicals at the joints, but it also supports kidney and liver function, to facilitate waste excretion from bones. And boswellia tree extract contains acids that have been shown to promote proper joint functioning.
Additionally, our Agility supplement features high levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids to help improve healthy joint function. These essential fatty acids produce hormone-like substances known as prostaglandins, which help regulate cellular inflammation. They are believed to have a positive effect upon joint stiffness and fatigue, and may improve overall bone health.
The sea mussels included in this supplement help to support healthy joint structure and function, as well as help enhance the utilization and soothing properties of glucosamine. This ingredient has demonstrated effectiveness in improving lubrication, shock absorption, flexibility, elasticity and strength of connective tissues. Sea mussels also contain chondroitin sulfate, which works in tandem with glucosamine.

Cautions:
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Consult with your veterinarian before using this product in animals: with clotting disorders; being treated with anticoagulant medications; diabetes, or any metabolic disorder causing hyperglycemia; history of urinary tract stones; known allergies to shellfish. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

Directions for use:
Adult (over 6 months) dogs and cats use daily. Start with the Initial amount and decrease over a period of seven days as shown below to Maintenance amount.
